Marcos Granda has a new project, and this time he is not doing it alone. The owner of the famous restaurant Skina, awarded with two Michelin stars, joins forces with Alejandra Pérez and their more than 15 years of experience in the events sector to create KomoSkina.

With a Mediterranean cuisine based on high-quality products and creative touches of avant-garde and modernism, KomoSkina stands out as an exquisite mixture of contrasts. Flavours of traditional Andalusian cuisine are rescued and mixed with the best of services.
